If you REALLY do the math, black males are like 6% of the population. But The babies and the grandpas arent doing much. So the ages 15-40 is probably half that, so 3% of the population. But not every black male 15-40 is a murderer. I know dozens (some work for me) and they are good people.... If anything, the murderers are a minority within a minority within a minority.

Which means that less that 1% of the population goes around causing +50% of the murders and they don't get caught so they just keep doing it.
