Whereas Trump was signing up companies to come back to US in his first 100 days, Biden has sliced jobs: Keystone, COVID restrictions, Paris accords, etc. You may be tempted to think "aha - finally people will see Democrats kill jobs". But you forget: Democrats LIKE killing jobs. LESS jobs means more people dependent on government, which means more bureaucracy, more spending, more taxes, and more chance for underhanded deals to line their own pockets and their friends'. A business owner or a person with a solid paying private sector job is a threat to Democrats (and many Republicans).
It stands to reason the best way you can counter this is: get a good job, move up in your current job, and/or start one or more side businesses, and teach your friends and family to do the same.
