They've tested their methods now and are confident they can get away with anything with no meaningful resistance from our side.
It won't happen overnight, they'll chip away slowly by design and before people realise it all the concessions they have rolled over and given to the left will result in full scale confiscation.
I fully expect a manufactured Conservative crisis for the mid terms so the Uniparty can get people voting Republican again and keep the illusion that there are 2 parties and Republicans are "fighting".

Im not going to grab my guns, slap on my plate carrier and go to war, be remembered as a domestic terrorist, and die over an election. Nope. Im going to go to work every day like I did for 8 years of Obama and protect my home. If they day comes they come to drag me off to a gulag, Ill take some of them with me....the catch is, we 'aint going to the gulag.
The problem is they will promise to let us all go to work and live our lives if we just register our guns and pay huge "fees" for the privilege of owning them. And the fees will increase, and then "unregistered firearms" will be confiscated while people are at work. There might be a few shoot-outs with "domestic terrorists". They don't want gulags - conservatives pay lots of taxes and will accept higher and higher taxes just for the promise to be left alone to work and live.
