I agree that there's no reason for China to have any businesses in America, but if we successfully shut down a place like Smithfield... then what? I'm not trying to be hostile at all, but in my little town, there are a lot of people that work for that company, not to mention all the farmers sending pigs up there everyday. Our farmers are already worried about upcoming crops that are already worth far less than last year & skyrocketing fuel prices that are going to hit them a number of ways. Take that company out in the current situation & towns like mine will disappear. So what can we do?

Good question...I wasn't aware that Smithfield pretty much ran and owned an entire town...that is not good....but we also cannot let the Chinese fuck us as an entire country...wanna make solar panels??

We have just one of their many plants here. I googled it & there are 40k employees altogether in the U.S., not counting the farmers, the semi drivers etc. I can't argue that China doesn't technically own it because they bailed the company out in 2013, but everything they produce is American made & sold here in America. Just my 2 cents
