No doubt in my mind Citadel has payed for this world spanning disinformation campaign to get silver to raise. To get quick capital. One major problem is Citadel have to liquidate all those silver options sooner or l8r. So the price of silver will fall drastically. So a lot of normies could get completely fucked.
