First step: declaring it's okay to be white without being charged with a hate crime.

• when you must cast a white person into your movie to be eligible for an oscar
• when you question a science committee if it's qualified enough as they don't have enough white people in it
• when you must have a white person on your board of directors to be allowed to trade on a stock exchange
• when at a grocery store you label products from companies run by white people
• when you expect black people to fall on their knees and kiss your feet
