I doubt this state will ever get cleaned up. Government fraud is a way of life over there. When I lived there taxes were high but all the common highway areas tall grass and all the street lights broken. Every state agency is full of nepotism. DMV, alcohol stores. They do get busted from time to time but it's normally for something that is so corrupt and nasty like Sandusky that it can't be parsed out as a slap.
