I've always been a small business entrepreneur making a middle class income. Its tough work when the government punishes you every step of the way, and now with Xiden in charge wanting to make it even harder I've lost all desire to work.

He wants to raise middle class taxes by $5,000-$10,000/year

Gas is going to go up to $5/gallon

Get ready for food prices to double

Be ready to pay for 40 million newly legalized third worlders and us being taxed for their healthcare, food, and housing.

Wants to punish small businesses by using the power of government to destroy small businesses so his mega corporation cronies will get even richer

I'm tired of busting my ass all day just to have that stolen from to give to other people and countries.

Closed my business. All debt will be paid off in the next ten months. Got a government job. Fight from within. Transition assets to crypto, defi, and other decentralized/distributed technology (presearch/ipfs). Invest as high of a percentage of declared income in education as possible. Offer goods and services to members of my community by barter or anonymous crypto. Take the power back.

Government jobs are the place to be right now. Much better than private sector jobs. Used to be the opposite. Huge pensions, the best benefits, job security, etc. If I could get one, I would, but they would probably hate a right-wing, white, straight male like myself these days. Maybe if I pretend to be a commie leftist.

Gov is hell on earth full of unfirable sjw dykes and whatnot. Imagine having 10 different bosses and sitting in on near daily phone conferences that could have just been an email. One dude went from GS3 to GS6 after 10 years and his car was keyed the same day(nice guy btw). VA full of high position retards who stay for 40 years and steal pens and don't do any work to help an actual veteran. I have worked National Archives and VA as two different fields. Maybe ok if you work like federal parks or something.

I'm not sure what kind of salary i'd be asking for TBH, Can you imagine sitting through all the diversity training and other BS required. Not to mention the hourly anus swabs and having to wear 3 masks all day after you received the vax jab...

Just grow out your hair into long dreads and put on a dress. Even better if you are bald on top. Say you identify as a queer black female.

I'm in government and you have to keep your politics on the dl but you would be suprised how many vets and other right leaning people are at the low levels. Now we never get promoted but it is a steady job.

Donald_Gear_Solid 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes like 80 percent of low lev guys are with us.. But all management jobs are civilian fuckwads who never did anything to help America and hate us. I was VA police, the amount of 80IQ diversity hires that controlled everything was insane. I would talk to "Doctors" and they would be luke warm IQ and did not understand anything.

I've always worked, it would be nice to relax and take a 4 year long Socialist vacation...

I didn't take any stimulus money because I want to be able to look in the mirror.

Same applies here...

17
MAGA1775 [S] 17 points ago +17 / -0

Also you should have taken that stimulus money. That is money you paid to the government and they are "just kind enough" to give some of it back.

7
Warren_Masters64 7 points ago +7 / -0

Maybe... But I didn't need it. I haven't missed a day of work...

Meanwhile millions of others took it anyway...

I can't complain if I'm part of the problem... In

you could have donated it to wounded warriors, could have bought a vet a chair lift or something.

Sucks the only other option is to continue busting our ass just to be a slave to the system so we can pay to enrich Biden's cronies, politicians, foreign nations, and third worlders flooding America living on the dole.

My health insurance went up from $150/month to $600/month for a single person after Obamacare (because I'm paying for everyone else's free healthcare. Now Biden wants to jack those up even more....will probably be paying $1,000/month now with a $5,000+ deductible for the shittiest plan. I can't afford that. And then he removed Trump's suspension of the penalty so I get to pay to not even have health insurance.

Any tax "loopholes" you can take advantage of, like not paying them?

4
SaltiTaralli 4 points ago +4 / -0

There were loopholes before Trump removed the individual mandate and fine. I can't remember all the ways of f not paying the fine but one was having financial hardship. All you needed was to have past due utility bills. There were other ridiculous loopholes.. like being the victim of domestic abuse.

It's like doing chores while murderous arsonists are burning down your home. Excessive work is just another way to avoid dealing with the threat, and hoping someone else will stop it. Sadly the Dems are going to have to bring the pain before our side is motivated enough to do the most important work of all.

Honestly though about offing myself often. Not really because his presidency even though its terrifying but fuck this covid shit its going to make me lose my lob any day now since travel is banned

I can understand, you are not alone. If it helps any, I’ve increased my faith reading the Bible and going to church (ours allows in person) and that has been HUGE for morale. Hang in there and re-evaluate your values so that you are acting in accordance with them. We get most sad when there is a disconnect between values and actions

I've thought about blowing my brains out (somewhere where no friends or family will have to stumble upon me) since I was 18. Know what's kept me going? Knowing that I can do it tomorrow. I can't tell you that things will get better, but I will damn well guarantee that they are going to get more interesting, so might as well stick around to see it.

And I won't remind you that misery loves company and that nobody is routinely more miserable than democrat "luminaries" because that could be misconstrued.

The merger of mega-corps and the federal government will result in the complete destruction of small and medium businesses.

Yep, they are killing your desire to work on purpose. Think anyone worked hard in the USSR, besides prisoners in camps? The whole idea is to get the American people on the dole so they control us, while bringing in the equivalent of slave labor from south of the border.

The second leftists pass Healthcare for all is when I i.agine at least a third of the country stops working. Most only work for the insurance now

Honestly, working doesn't pay anymore. It really, truly doesn't. This isn't just gonna be another "Hurr durr welfare people suck" post. I'll actually give some insight.

My sister-in-law does not work. She is disabled due to "anxiety". She receives 810 dollars of cold hard cash per month. She also receives 350 dollars of SNAP (food stamps on a debit card) per month. Her healthcare is 100% covered, and free. On top of this, she utilizes section 8 housing, meaning her rent is about 40 dollars per month, and her utilities are reduced to about 30 per month. She actually saves money by not working.

On the other side of the street, the absolute cheapest, most dangerous apartment complex runs 580 for a 1-bedroom. Gas and electric combined are usually around 150 to 180, depending on summer or winter month severity. Factor in food, we'll say 200. Gas, we'll say 150, filling up at 30 bucks a week. Add in another 60 for car insurance.

If you have a factory job that pays 12/h, you'll be getting roughly 1248 a month, after taxes. Factor in health insurance, maybe 1150. As you can see, it quite literally doesn't pay to work. You are spending money just to work full time. And that's just covering bills. Forget about buying literally anything, or having a car payment, internet bill, or phone bill. You are stuck. A slave, working so that your money can go to people that just don't feel like waking up today.

I'm sorry for the rant. It's just...it's just getting really old.

I have someone also in my family like that. They live off the system and milk it for everything they can get. They get a free government phone and service too. I stress myself out working so much that it feels like I aged 20 years in the past 10 years. I feel like an old man and I'm in my 30s.

Then I see all these people living off my hard-earned money and other's hard-earned money just because they are lazy and don't feel like working. In some ways I don't blame them, maybe they are smarter than me....in the end I'm the fool slaving away to pay for them all and barely making ends meet at the end of the day.

The government took over $20,000 from me last year. That extra money would have helped me tremendously.

I have to pay over 500/month for my shitty Obamacare plan I'm forced to buy. Its the shittiest bare-bones plan you can get with basically no coverage and $5,000/deductible. I used to pay $150/month before Obamacare and had a much better plan and coverage. Meanwhile all these people on the system get it for free and get a better plan than me.

And the icing on the cake is how my government treats me after all this. I'm now viewed as a "political terrorist" for my pro-America and pro-freedom political views. They want to take my guns, they want to take more of my money, they want to take my free speech. Its getting tiring. I just want to work and be left alone.

The correct response is to become ultra-aggressive about fucking the system. Cheat on your taxes to the greatest extent possible. Don't give the government a single penny if you can avoid it. Figure out how to do it without getting caught. It's not that hard.

RiseOfTyranny 4 points ago +4 / -0

Why not make a nationwide small business "union" or group? In your employee's downtime they could be making phone calls recruiting. Go MLM style and have each new business dedicate some time recruiting around their areas.

With enough of you organized I'm sure you could move mountains and you have high visibility within your communities to spread whatever message is appropriate.

Unless that working hard is the trek to cross the border illegally, yep most people will do less hard work.

I'm working hard. I'm just getting paid in cash from now on.

Welcome to Communism. No point in working hard when no one else is, either.

1
JackDorseyForPrison 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes. Working hard on bankrupting hedge funds, that is.

I work exactly as hard as I did five years ago. I’m a chef and the food must be prepared properly and timely. But otherwise I appreciate the sentiment.

Nope. Working harder than ever. Just making sure none of that money coming in is from hard working Americans. Cause it's government work I'm doing now.

Remember the Deep State Dems? Well I'm the Dank State.
