If this guy had a good editor, who could surgically remove the good doctor's egomaniacal tendencies, and actually present the point concisely, he'd be greatly served by it. As would all his fans.
It's really the opening that's important. He's talking about fake fraud and real fraud.
No one is perfect. I can be pretty pedantic and everyone makes lots of mistakes. He seems to have reorientated his mindset to better approach the problem in a way to avoid obvious mistakes.
A lot of the rest is his life's story. I can't vouch for it but it is plausible or essentially correct based on what I have also seen of the system and how things really work. Corrupt people everywhere.
