I've got to kinda agree with growing welfare state in Poland, but with the other things not fully.
Feminists either are played beyond belief or controlled opposition imho. Have you ever noticed that abortion outrage always plays into the ruling party needs of "don't you look what we try to pull off now"? It's almost always the same - the gov does/threatens to do something about abortion, and as soon as outrage in the streets begins they try some shady shit in the Parliament. Look at bill projects from the time of outrage of Godek bill thingy and the last time when they ruled "eugenics abortion" unconstitutional.
Last time they almost legalized forced vaccination for every single Polish citizen. I shit you not. It was either the day or two after the ruling when the outrage started for good. Senate struck it down eventually, but they tried.
I don't remember what exactly was the case during the Godek bill debacle but I think they broadened what police can legally do, it was sort of an update to the existing bill. I remember comparing bills with my friend side by side and going "holy shit" every so often.
So yeah. Every single time. When gov does something and feminists go into rage - check out what's going on in the parliament fella. Every. Single. Time.
As far as young lefties in the cities go - yeah, I've got to admit. But since I used to know many, and I mean MANY of them - most of them grown out of it. Maybe they didn't became religious, but they abandoned much of leftist pipe dreams with passing years. Many times it correlates with them getting on their own.
Religion is on decline, that's true. Why it is so is a very mixed thing in my opinion with many, MANY reasons. But not everywhere - in villages/small towns even teenagers keep it straight. And whenever I pass local churches on Sunday in ~500k city they are packed, also.
Yeah, we're kinda in danger, that's true. But it's not tragically bad and imho, still reversible.
You've got to take hard corrective action now. I'll admit, I have never been to Poland and all my conjecture was based entirely on what I've seen and heard from other people.
The thing is, other western countries have been where your country stands before and thought "oh it's not that bad, no biggie" but you are on the same trajectory we were all on and it only get much much worse from where you are unless you take HARD corrective action. Instead of just going with you flow you need to completely dismantle the "progressive" ideologies that have wrought their way into your society, otherwise these structural changes they've made will lead to the same outcome it has led to in all other western countries. That's why I'm saying you're in danger because I know many in Poland think "it's not that bad" but as someone from Canada, I remember what it was like 15 years ago compared to now and I also thought "oh it was not that bad"... it's going to get much worse unless you do something drastic. You need reactionaries not conservatives to fix things.

as for the welfare: even the government slowly starts the talk about phasing it out. It was a program which was ought to drive up the birth rates - families get certain amount per kid. It looks like it won't work like intended in the long run and there are talks of replacing it with tax cuts. Besides this program we have honestly abysmal welfare, believe me.
as far as the lefties go: abortion, overtly feminist nazis and general degeneracy is still strongly frowned upon believe it or not. Most lefties grow out of it, I know it cause I've seen it.
Remember - the smallest shitty dogs bark the loudest. And those are the lefties. That's why it might look like you say. All those big protests etc - most of the people, silent majority, laugh at them. Many times those are the same people moving around through different towns - paid shills. It's mostly visible during all the LGBT "pride" parades - which regularly get bombarded with stones and fists by our boys. A little less than before but still.
Degenerates get beaten here bro. And while police is harsh, those are the things that many of them gladly let pass.
