1. he stopped other countries from flying in and spreading it.
2. he encourage Americans to keep living and not to lose hope.
3. he fast tracked vaccine testing thru ensuring paperwork didn't sit on desks for months.
4. he fought to get simulation fund to those that lost their jobs under bad governors.
