So justice has not escaped him thus far, the case is not closed yet, this just happened Saturday. He is still in custody. Should he walk free, you may have a point. I understand the optics of your point as there are whites killed by blacks in the news where the story never reaches national awareness because it's not profitable by race hustlers. But most of the prison population is black, so I would argue that no, most black people are not given a free pass these days. Are there some? Yes. Is this one? We don't know yet.
