Download Brave then grab the browser extension "Privacy Redirect". It will randomize which instance of the service you connect to. Each instance is hosted by a different organization in a different location meaning your also insulate yourself from some of the surveillance techniques of your service provider.

Thanks, do you need to change the URLs, or does it do it automatically? If the latter, that is a serious incentive.

Automatically changes you over. Brave also blocks ads, has an integrated capability to route through the Tor Network, and pays you for your attention in crypto-currency (BAT) which by default will be distributed to the sites you have visited based on the amount of time you spend on it. That or you can hold it and start messing around with small amount of crypto (more specifically decentralized finance (DeFi) which you'll be hearing about a ton in the next few months in the same way that Bitcoin started to leak out to the general public).

Also consider installing uBlock Origin, DecentralEyes, Privacy Badger, ClearURLs, SponsorBlock, HTTPS Anywhere, Archive Page, Bypass Paywalls Clean, Universal Bypass. Not all of those are straight-forward to install, but bare minimum try all but the last two as those are the biggest pain in the ass.
