When it comes to policy, liberals can't think 3 feet in front of their face.
They'll often take the "feel good" surface presentation over sustainability or longevity, and then once the surface presentation crumbles for being built on stupid ideas, they treat the fallout like it's a separate problem because they're too dumb to make the connections.
Then, these "new" problems get their own set of stupid ideas with some flashy surface presentation. Rinse. Repeat.
