According to MonkeyWerx (as of about 2 days ago), AF1 and AF2 have not left the ground. MonkeyWerx stated that wasn't entirely uncommon as new "presidents", in this case, have the aircraft debugged and/or redecorated.

I do keep hearing that the pentagon still hasn't let this administration in the doors, but haven't seen proof of that.
