If the idea of male and female is a mental construct, then that also means that there is nothing physical that defines a male or a female. And the words male and female are rendered indistinguishable and interchangeable if there are no defining characteristics for either gender. It eliminates the concept of gender. It means gender no longer exists and male and female is an outdated concept that has no utility. Why call someone by the now meaningless words male and female at all if gender doesn't exist? If gender doesn't exist, we can only reasonably call each other by the genderless term "people" if we don't want to validate the allegedly outdated idea that there is more than one gender. We should no longer imply or suggest that gender is even a thing, because (pseudo)sCiEnCe! tells us there is no such thing.

Consistency would also require that we apply this concept to research of the non-human animal kingdom and veterinary medicine. All of the research and ideas that were previously regarded as valid and true will have to be thrown out. Spaying and neutering pets? What is that? Reproductive organs are a mental construct, bigot! and so are the surgeries required to alter/remove them! Some people and animals are able to give birth and some aren't, but thinking this has something to do with the meaningless, outdated concept of gender is just your ignorance and bigotry revealing itself!

The further you follow their line of reasoning, the more insanity is revealed.
