P.s. this is the same bs tactics that has been used to support broader vaccination programs as a whole. 95-99% vaccination rates required for "herd immunity".

The grift there is that the statistical percent of the population that fails to gain immunity even after successive vaccinations is > 5%. Ergo, it's a statistical impossibility to achieve the desired range required for herd immunity.

Same playbook on display here. Set up impossible goals, implement Draconian standards to achieve the impossible, tell the populace it's all for their health and safety (spoiler alert: it's not).
