He should be charged for something. I don't know how they could justify the killing of an unarmed woman.

It's not just that she's unarmed. She's obstructed and not going anywhere fast on stuck on the other side of the barrier with no way to quickly get through. She's effectively pinned and helpless.

He doesn't issue any kind of a warning. He's hiding then lurches out shooting her by surprise.

In the footage even the SWAT behind her is surprised and takes aim to return fire.

There's also masses of space and ample time to have cleared anyone from the area he's in.

You have them coming out saying Arbery was first degree murder but not this?

Warnings were in really short supply that day. The cops at the back of the Capitol didn't say shit before throwing flash-bangs and gassing us. I thought you do that shit when people don't comply, but how do you fucking comply when there aren't any orders??

This is something missing from the narrative. I see a hell of a lot of things going on and chaos so there's more than one thread. I've gone through a fair bit of footage and there's a lot going on.

One thing I notice is that initially the breach was not the building but the grounds and on different fronts cops behave very differently.

There was a problem because they didn't sufficiently prepare for the number of people. We're not even talking about the prior known risk of storming.

I saw areas outside occupied by protesters relatively distant from the main building where the cops seem to be taking pot shots at the crowd with gas canisters or something.

On other fronts the cops were doing nothing when Trump supporters were asking them to and on other fronts they were letting them in.

Protesters expected extreme police presence and to be heavily and militant but they were almost immediately routed.

There is a revealing void which is that no one can clarify how it started or unfolded. Who threw the first stone?

Wouldn't that have been great if Ashli slipped at that very moment and both of those pigs flinched one off each into each other's throats instead of hers?

He was flanking her and the cops were behind her, basically he was perpendicular. Little chance of that.

We don't know anything about the SWAT guys. Intentionally or not though them blocking her off was what made her try to take an alternative route even if getting through wasn't going to be easy if at all possible.

The way back was blocked by a swarm of journalists.

She basically retreats from real guns into an ambush with real guns.

If he's not going to be charged the best possible thing the guy who murdered her could do is to kill himself.

I called the FBI snitch line to report a murder I saw at the Capitol "insurrection" lady on the phone sounded semi interested till I described the perp. I said you guys should charge him with murder I witnessed it. She asked If I was there and I said no. She said then I didn't witness it.

I said excuse me aren't people convicted in US courts everyday based off video evidence? She was like uhh yeah uh I guess so. (She sounded like a diversity hire who didn't care for her job). So I asked her how would you feel if a BLM supporter got shot by that cop?

There was a post here earlier today all about him & a previous shooting he was somehow involved in. There was his name & photos included, as evidence that it was this person. Can't find it now, but does anyone remember seeing it?

murdered

We need to stay factual. We've all seen the footage.

Three SWAT team members right behind her, and that asshole thought she was a "threat"?

There is no equal justice. There will be a war in this country if we don’t get enough of us into political office to make a difference soon. And I have no clue how to effect that

I have a feeling he’ll commit Arkansas suicide shortly.
