I actually truly believe if it was not intentionally done, the effect of our "consumerism" has been precisely that parents have squandered all they earn all their life and even if they have something saved up, they were raised and conditioned not to have any kind of expectations or place any kind of conditions on anything they left behind. We have GOT to break free of that consumerism and "unconditional love" psyop. NO other culture but European Americans mostly, have been conditioned to have "unconditional love" for their children. The sickest part about it is that even as we are conditioned to have "unconditional love" for our children, literally every other culture is allowed to and it is even flaunted as how it is part of their culture, right in our face. I don't even think I have to list the people for whom that is "stereotype" … it needs to be our "stereotype" …. we have GOT to have healthy expectations and healthy conditions. … NO you do not get what I worked for and sacrificed for when you hate me and everything I like.
