When a segment of the population is so oppressed that they can live in one of the most expensive metro areas in the world, get free schooling,, free food, probably free rent, have the luxury of taking art classes in said scholl instead of something useful, can't be assed to learn the local language, and cost more to provide an education than the English speaking students because an army of translators is needed to even communicate with the freeloading scumbags.
