I filed a complaint with the Bar Association against a lawyer who works for my state's income tax agency for improperly omitting/redacting pertinent evidence from the judges in order to hide the fact that the tax agency had improperly charged penalties. The Bar told me that because the judges sided with the taxation agency -- and note that the judges sided with the tax agency BECAUSE he had hid pertinent evidence -- the attorney was exonerated.
So I filed an appeal of the Bar's decision in the CA Supreme Court where I clearly laid out that the tax agency is running multiple embezzlement/racketeering schemes where they don't apply the money you send in right away, then charge you for "paying late." I have realized that the only way to have accountability in the legal world is via public humiliation. We need to loudly call out every person involved in the assorted criminal cover-ups.
