The Bar Association is so corrupt. I am betting that the way the legal system works is going to be another major Wall Street Bets fiasco down the road.

I filed a complaint with the Bar Association against a lawyer who works for my state's income tax agency for improperly omitting/redacting pertinent evidence from the judges in order to hide the fact that the tax agency had improperly charged penalties. The Bar told me that because the judges sided with the taxation agency -- and note that the judges sided with the tax agency BECAUSE he had hid pertinent evidence -- the attorney was exonerated. So I filed an appeal of the Bar's decision in the CA Supreme Court where I clearly laid out that the tax agency is running multiple embezzlement/racketeering schemes where they don't apply the money you send in right away, then charge you for "paying late." The CA Supreme Court refused to hear my case and gave no reason why: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=323

The legal system is rigged so that it is nearly impossible for people to represent themselves, so if you don't have $400 an hour for an attorney, you can be easily stomped on.

The judge from Michigan also used circular reasoning to dismiss one of the election fraud lawsuits. It's scary that the people interpreting our laws are committing such obvious and basic logical fallacies and getting away with it.

I have realized that the only way to have accountability in the legal world is via public humiliation. We need to loudly call out every person involved in the assorted criminal cover-ups. They can only get away with it in darkness; once the light is shined on them, they can't keep doing it for much longer.

That works when you only have a few rats. Now that we've exposed the whole nest, they are emboldened and won't cave to public pressure anymore.

Maybe you are right... but I think when it involves people's money they are more willing to pay attention and fight back. That is why the Wall Street Bets situation has garnered so much attention. My case is about the taxation agencies overcharging taxpayers. Even liberals who are happy to pay taxes still have a problem with being OVERcharged, so I do think I'll be able to get some public attention if I can frame it in the right way.

We used to do something else to judges that the king sent us that we felt were corrupt.

I don't understand why we stopped.

If you're a judge, you should make judgments that are fair and recognizable as such by everyone involved.

Otherwise, you should be scared to leave your house.

Standing.... Laches.... Standing.... Laches

What's that you say? The election... What?

I can't hear you. Perhaps you should go away.

that guy wasn't terrible until he started weighing in on politics. he's a total TDS shill. the text messages clearly show there was no russian collusion and they knew it, and charged the campaign anyways. the mueller prosecutors withdrew from the case because they didn't want to be criminally charged themselves. yet he continues to this day to push TDS nonsense.

yes, yes he was, read the comments, people constantly debunked that dude, he didn't have a clue about anything, fucking Saul Goodman is a better lawyer then that hack.

I still remember when he started going off the rails, it was the Captain Marvel commentary where he literally said that the Evil White Douchebag Man committed battery when he touched her map so she was in the clear for snapping his arm like a twig.

'Legal Eagle' on YouTube is a major cocksucker.

Dick the Butcher had that name for a reason--because he was as mad about being caught and penalized as Whitmer, who also wants the lawyers killed.

To be fair, the Bar Associations are run at the state level. The CA bar is just as corrupt as the state. Just like how the IL bar is just as corrupt as Chicago.

The DC bar is of course corrupt. That's how Clinesmith is allowed to keep his license.

Correct. The State Bar Associations are protecting their respective State's corruption.

Did you work with any of the Fulfilled by Amazon sellers when California came after them for nexus and sales tax? There were a few huge sellers that seemed to come out ahead in that fight. Some posted about their experience over on r/FulfillmentByAmazon/ and were giving advice to smaller sellers.

How To Own Life Like A Fucking Wizard

Nobody knows what the fuck is going on. We’re a bunch of hairless apes on a spinning rock in space, and we only know the stories that we’ve been told by the people who got here before us. We come out as clueless little babies, then when we get bigger we learn some fancy words and how to open a bag of chips, but underneath all the data we add on top of our fresh baby minds there’s still the same cluelessness we started out with. The process of sorting out the true and useful data from the false and unhelpful is confusing, difficult, and prone to error. So people tend to just listen to the most confident-sounding voice in the room; the one who steps forward and says “I know what’s going on, follow me.”

Thank you for the great idea! I haven't worked with any organization as of yet. I'll check out the sub-reddit and see if there are people I can contact for help!

As for the blog post about owning life ... She posted that right as I was at the cross-roads of deciding whether I should give up let them get away with overcharging me or if I should fight back. After I read that, I knew I was capable of effectively fighting back because I have truth on my side and I can very confidently speak the truth.

And it is working. I have the tax agency cornered. In the case that I currently have pending against them in San Diego Superior Court, I caught them red-handed committing perjury. They also stated under penalty of perjury that they don't keep accurate records regarding the dates the payments are applied to your account.

You'll probably have to search through posts on that sub to find the tax fight. It started a few years ago.

Here's a search link to get you started: https://www.qwant.com/?q=site:www.reddit.com/r/FulfillmentByAmazon/%20california

User EuroStylin was one of the first to tell others how to fight back. Here's one of his posts about it.

It's conditioning from the very start. Just like that living on a ball spinning through space B.S. everything they told us was BS

On the flip side the bar goes after solo lawyers and small practices - who are by and large conservatives - with gusto to justify their existence. They constantly fuck over family lawyers because the clients are miserable fucks who complain about everything. Now you can just submit complaints online - consumer attorneys are constantly getting raked over the coals for BS complaints to justify the existence of the bar.
