This is an Inalienable Right. The 2nd Amendment was nothing more than a re-iteration of that right. The Constitution was written to limit the power of government....not limit the power of the people. The government has way overstepped it's intended purpose. There is a reason the US Constitution only called for a meeting of the US Congress once a year. The framers didn't want them running peoples everyday lives.
