You do know this is the ORIGINAL Seal of the US? George Washington had one of the "dies" of this and there was also a slightly modified one.

the original banner was complete...not torn...the eye was open...this is different.

There were 2 versions though. I'm not saying there were no modifications but it is pretty much that original seal.
