Thank you. I believe the spreadsheet is talking about Presidential cases, but that one is a good example of a local impact. The headline is slightly misleading though. They did a signature check, but allowed those ballots to count for the Dem. The seat was flipped, however, due to ballots cast in the wrong location, untimely, or by non-voters.
I'm not sure if anyone has shared this document. It outlines all of the 2020 Election court cases, the issue presented, and whether the evidence was even argued. Should be a good rebuttal to those who keep claiming that "the courts have heard the evidence". No they have not! The cases were thrown out for procedure, and not on the merits of the evidence (Yes, we have thresholds for legal action. However, dismissal does not mean the evidence is invalid). The courts have not heard the evidence for a single case that alleges illegal voting. There's far too many questions remaining.

At this point, there is more fair and just rulings on a TV court show dealing with small claims than all of the Supreme courts nationwide combined.

In America it's easy to talk yourself out of solutions because your anger gets released into communication instead of creative energy.
They can't allow that because it would expose that these games are played by both sides for decades. The people aren't represented.
Evidence of what? Fraud? Almost no lawsuits claimed fraud, they claimed something else, that the rules had been changed.
Mostly challenging the admissibility of specific votes: late, unverified signatures, wrong location, unregistered voters, nonexistent addresses, etc.
