They do not care about the constitution or laws, we're well past that, this is a illegal takeover of the United States of America.

You have proof Trump had anything to do with that, half a mile away from his speech, and with a group that the feds already said had planned out the attack days before?

If you do, you should share it, since nobody else does.

We're all on the edge of our seats waiting on you and your evidence.

PS we're a republic, not a socialist democracy.

Sooo... no evidence, just as I thought.

Got it.

If you have it share it, sharing is caring and all comrade.

Go on, lay it out. Because his speech said 'Peacefully cheer on'.

He outright said to peacefully protest. How is that incitement?

Did it stop? Was power transferred? There was no “storming”. Video evidence is clear that no “storming” occurred.

You must have missed the multiple videos of police literally letting the grandmas and water bottle holders in. They did soo much storming respecting the purple ropes and all.

The video evidence clearly showed they were let in. There was no insurrection. That is made up for low IQ retards.

Is it tresspassing if the guard says 'I don't agree with what you're doing but you have the right to do it'?

You mean where the police waved them in? That's not "storming," that's being invited. Big difference.

Oh, I fully realize we are the enemy of you people who have constantly attacked and subverted the Constitution.

First of all; obligded to say this was a mostly peaceful protest. They simply wanted their voices heard. Compared to the size of the crowd, it's more accurate that only a few from the group broke off and took things too far. It's also worth mentioning that a good number of the people who "stormed" the building were literally just walking around with the idea of disrupting. No one was going to overthrow the government; the physical presence of a group of dissenters would not realistically impede the certification of votes or the actual inauguration of Biden. Stop with the over-exaggeration.

The only person that was murdered was Ashli Babbit, an unarmed protestor. You stupid cunt.

Only confirmed murder was a Trump supporter. The medical related deaths, cop's death is shrouded in mystery and they refuse to release cam footage.

Which means it likely doesn't help their narrative.

You can want any charges you manufacture, too. Any fool can make a claim.

Doesn't make it a legal verdict.

No one said it did. And although I don't condone the violence, I think that criminal trespassing is a bullshit charge in this case. It's the people's house and the public should never be shut out, with the exception of specific individuals that are committing actual violence. Obviously I know the law says otherwise, but I stand by my opinion.

It's also worth mentioning that for nearly a year the American people were shown that criminal trespass, among other criminal behavior, is excusable if the cause is just, and these people certainly believed it would apply here. Sadly, it sounds like some people were mistaken and will be shown how foolish they were to believe they would receive the same treatment.
