The average leftist knows Trump wasn’t a Russian, or a rapist, or a fascist. They just say it because it helps increase their power. Nobody who honestly looks at the Kavanaugh trial can say Ford was a credible victim; but they simply adopt the position out of political convenience and defend their position with the zeal of a religious cult.
When you confront a leftist with facts, do they suddenly change their world view? When you show them Ford was lying several times, do they even care? No.
