I'm think that's why we aren't going to hear anything about election fraud at the kangaroo court, the impeachment is more to placate the Dem/RINO base. Trump and McCarthy probably cut a deal to get past this impeachment farce. If Trump were to get convicted, I imagine he would never be able to run for office. I could be wrong but I think that's what needs to be avoided.
Even if Trump is completely exonerated, I could completely see him passing the torch to someone else in the family if he wanted to. Four years takes a lot out of someone at that age. He's a fighter and he never gives up, but he would still be all in if someone in the family stepped up in 2024.
