The Florida statute would cover deplatforming businesses- banks closing accounts due to wrongthink, amazon cutting internet service, apple banning apps, etc. all would be illegal. So if that’s what you mean we are good.

Better than that, the business harmed would have the right to sue and get damages and attorneys’ fees from the tech assholes at fault. As a result we don’t have to rely upon the state to prosecute, we can do it ourselves. These are just proposals at this point though, so we need to keep pressure on to make sure they become law. Google and Amazon can buy off the FL senate with less than a day’s revenue if no one is watching.
