The E.O. the OP is referring to HAS NOT been rescinded. In fact, why hasn't it been rescinded? You would think Biden would have made that his first (very public) rescission to legitimize his presidency. He hasn't! Tells me something is going on behind the scenes.
Is there any way the EO’s could still be enforced?
I’m not sure, though with Biden at the helm, and with how many EOs he signed (a lot of which nullified trump’s) I don’t see how they could.
Laws are useless if no one wants to enforce them.

I mean I wouldn’t put it past Biden to use the EO against the right. If that is what you are talking about.
