Being that the "double mask" bullshit is not officially recommended and is instead a misleadia creation stemming from retard Fauci running his mouth, I'd say that you have the makings of a successful lawsuit if you were to somehow suffer injury from them requiring you to wear a "2-layer" mask. Lack off airflow could cause you to get light headed and pass out. Anything could happen.
CDC recommends choosing a mask with "two or more layers of washable, breathable fabric" but they aren't recommending double or triple masking. My wife works at a hospital and they follow the CDC guidelines to the letter. The multiple mask thing came out of Fauci's ass and the misleadia ran with it.
