The US military war gamed a US/Iran war, seven times I believe, each time the US loses. Iran can wipe out every US encampment, ship and ally in the region before significant damage is done to it.

The US doesn't even have close to that response time.

In reality, the most likely scenario is that Iran would keep that hidden, would have multiple independent efforts at enrichment, and at least one of them could be kept hidden until their nukes are ready. That is true, but you are overestimating the technological gap between Iran and Israel. If a war broke out, it wouldn't be stealth bombers vs guys with Aks. It would be more like 90s to modern soviet tech (plus a bunch of shit they copied from the US during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars) vs Israel's top of the line tech.
Meanwhile, Iran has about 6x the active soldiers Israel has and about 10x the population.
