I was called for jury duty a few weeks ago in Ohio and I didn’t have to go in because the lawyers agreed to a virtual hearing. Doubt you will have to go unless it’s a serious offense.

Just call them and ask to be let out of it.
Where I live, they excuse you just for the asking.
If that fails, you can just pretend to be crazier than corn nuts on the many forms you'll have to fill out.
