So, we can audit that the scanned images actually cast votes appropriately, HOWEVER we cannot and WILL NOT go get the physical ballots and analyze them for issues. THAT WAS THE WHOLE PROBLEM!
I imagine the scanned images show the final vote cast AFTER adjudication. IE an original trump vote changed to biden will now appear as a legitamite vote on the scanned images.
