My Mother is a retired school teacher and said that every now and then, a child would come to school with cupping bruises.
Thirty years ago, most school nurses didn't have a clue about cupping and CPS was called. After a while, the school would contact the cupped child's parents and ask them to be a bit more gentle.

Agreed.. mods sticky dumb shit like this way too often, but only from about 5 to 10 PM, all other times it's pretty good quality stickies.
