Dominion has sued / threatened to sue anyone that “defames” them. The news agencies don’t want a court battle - whether right or wrong. That’s why they are all shutting it down the second anyone brings up. Journalism is dead.
It's an excuse. They would never lose in court for something a guest claimed as long as they simply stated they don't endorse it. Which they could easily do after he says his piece and the interview is over.
The defamer gets sued, not the "news organization" for allowing the defamatory speech. They are a news org, that's their job to allow speech, defamatory or not.
Everyone on Sidney Powell's team is part of the lawsuit, whether they even mentioned Dominion or not. So they are reaching very far indeed, and the rule of law is broken so anything can happen.

These people are FAR gone to accept anything as a fact unless it is broadcasted on a news station. I try to tell the guy at work things everyday and my response is the same every time "Did FoxNews run that news story?"
