I don't think that kind of defense is going to hold up.
The county board is corrupt and frankly the legislators are spineless and so is the AG. What should happen is in the dead of the night a militarized swat team needs to seize the ballot evidence and arrest the county board, who are obviously in on the fraud.
Right now they are simply tidying up, destroying ballots and copying signatures.
Further evidence they were cheating....question is will the legislators seize the machines lawfully and punish the people not complying with the subpoenas....

A second subpoena is issued and they still won't comply. Then they agree to an audit after inaugaration. All of a sudden, they want their own audit on their terms instead of coordinating with the senate and claim it will satisfy the original subpeona and make the state senate happy. As it turns out, the audit is shallow and does the bare minimum and no where near what the senate asked for. They refuse access to the paper ballots and as well as selectively choose the ballot images and the machines. On top of that, they claim they are hiring credible "experts" that are EAC accredited. They hire Dominion lackies/shells and after some research was done into those two companies it turns out they are nowhere close to experts. Their next excuse after that lie got exposed is they wanted people that wouldn't break the machines. Then the senate say they want a deep investigation and hire an actual competent expert company to do a full audit. The only thing they deny them is the paper ballots. Then on the day before the senate audit, they spew lie after lie that it is illegal to hand over ballots and that they will break the machines. At least the Senate has balls and is still pursuing this but still. This is an insane Saga.
The protests should not be in front of the capitol but in front of the election officials offices and the courts. As well as the media.
