I can think of several possible answers, but haven't researched JFK as deeply as many on here and I'd love to hear your well-reasoned opinions.
I should add that I'm not a big Roger Stone fan, as his use of hyperbole hurts his credibility, but am open to the possibility that his provocative ways are just his ways of fighting the battle and he actually knows some real stuff.
