Yeah, that's totally sexual harassment. Audio recording should be plenty. Hell, I'm not even sure if you would even need a recording. Also, anytime something like that happens, write it down...log the date, what was said, and where you were. It's probably a good idea to talk with an attorney. In the meantime I would start carrying a recorder on me at work at all times and always have it turned on.
