Monday the vote is happening if they don’t reach a resolution with the legislature.
And we know Dominion, they don’t give us the actual machines, we’ll instantly know and report that to the senate, than we go right back to jailing them. They (BoS) have two clear choices.
Okay I hope the vote happens tomorrow or they give in. Its like they are just wanting to waste as much time as possible. I saw the bs press statement the board released. They are calling the Colonel a debunked conspiracy theorist . If that's true then why do they care if he does the audit. They could challenge any findings in court. Are things going to happen with the Antrim report? Just seems like they were able to bury it.
Thus far I think they have decided to be held in contempt and thrown in jail, basically take their chances with that.
That’s why I’ve turned to saying we need a peaceful assembly on top of just emailing and calling. If they know the people see through them on this fake audit, and there double speak is already coming out in saying before “sure we want an audit to show the people the elections secure!” Now it’s “Well..not THAT audit”. But people in AZ are looked at as not knowing.
I heard this myself, the board think they’ll quell the “election conspiracy” by showing they did an “audit” and not enough people in AZ know what’s actually going on. They see people outside their door, they’ll realize they’re out of options, fast.
And that’s one of many reasons why this is so important besides the Dominion/Coomer lawsuits, we were “deboonked” out of Michigan (in reality we had no support and were up against the state AND Dominion), here we have support of the state, can corroborate Antrim, and do a shit ton of damage to their racket.
The state have already said whatever our findings are they want a full release, and we get 10x the time to do the audit. I had 8 hours in Antrim, I’ll have 56-80 in Maricopa.
I can't travel down to AZ right now. If I could I would. Was there any people out there today? Yeah I figured the Officials in MI not supporting the audit or you guys at all really hurt. If the State legislators stand by the results of the audit that should be huge. So after they are held in contempt what happens?
I was only at the MCTEC building for about an hour, they had a large security presence, I didn’t see anyone around besides 2 local news affiliates before I had to attend to other matters with a certain legislature.
And yeah, absolutely NO ONE supported us in MI, nobody, and there’s a few republicans up there. DePerno is still facing the proverbial barrel of a gun or literally dozens of lawyers, the SoS, her goons, legal complaints, list goes on and on. Here, we are backed by the ENTIRE legislature, all 16. I will admit out of the 16 some are more strong than others, but none of them are backing down. Guys like Sonny B. are absolute patriotic pit bulls.
I’ll just say before the Monday deadline hits, I think there’s a higher probability of the entire BoS all resigning than actually facing that, because it’s not a joke or empty threat, and they’re basically all being recalled anyway. If that happens- I have no clue what then occurs, I do know the legislature hold all the power. It’s like a principal of a school saying, “I want all the tests audited from last week, I think there was cheating. Hey, Bill, get the tests for me,” and Bill the janitor going, “Sorry, I’m not getting the tests, I locked them in my broom closet, nobodies getting them!”.
If they really just sit there and say no up to the Monday deadline, the legislature go to the attorney general (who is the only possible get of jail free card for them, literally). Why I am not too worried about Mark Brnovich, who is the AG of AZ, is this type of action, against republicans by himself, a Republican, is not unprecedented. Apparently he himself had a dispute over conflict of interest against a Republican Corporations Commissioner, he filed a lawsuit to remove this person, and they resigned voluntarily. Brnovich also supports the legislatures power, BUT, he is against Trump and an election fraud denier, so as a general assessment of him, I’d say at worst he may not like it, but he has affirmed the legislatures power. I don’t think the Gov. (Ducey) has any ability to get involved, but he’s a never Trumper full on enemy, so there’s that.
But back to what happens. The BoS get charged with a Class 2 Misdemeanor on Monday, or we go back to court yet again, which will tie this up for quite some time, which is why the legislature aren’t considering going back to court as I’m aware- because it’s asking a judge to re-litigate a clear and concise order to the BoS, you don’t get tried for murder, judge gives you life, and you just say “that doesn’t work for me, chief”. You can appeal it, but I don’t believe the BoS can appeal it, again going back to, they don’t have the powers to do any of this.
What happens with the class 2 misdemeanor? They face 10 years in jail. Of course that will not happen, we’re looking at 1 of 3 things occurring, they let the audit happen, they go to jail, they resign. Only possible 4th would be the AG refusing the legislatures request to hold them in contempt, and that I don’t know where it goes from there.
We aren’t leaving AZ though, we’re not stopping. The legislature /
Fann aren’t stopping. Kelli Ward backs us 1000%. We may have a corrupt BoS, Governor, and possibly an AG, but the power is in the hands of the legislature 1 million percent.
DePerno’s is literally against about 200 lawyers, I’m not exaggerating, that’s where we’re at there in Michigan.
And he wasn’t sloppy, he misnamed two Michigan areas as ones from Minnesota. You gotta understand, we were set up to fail and still didn’t. We had 8 hours total altogether to audit several machines, we had the SoS sending goons to stop us getting through the door, and Ramsland had to write the report in about 4-6 hours to submit it to the court to be approved for release, even though it’s a small county it’s a load of data to condense and cite to a report, especially in a few hours. Then Dominion forced basically a complete rewrite in 2 hours to be able to get it out, that’s why no one saw the V1 of that preliminary report.
Ramsland co-owns ASOG, but even the first audit Waldron led. This audit we’ll have 7-10 days, 8 hours a day, much more time to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. I think the guy is pretty damn smart. He’s not on Phil’s level, but neither am I.
