A girl in my son's school lived over in Russia for a couple years. She said mostly everything that Americans have been told about the country are flat out lies. She said she felt safer and freer there than here. I am not sure what to believe honestly.

She is just a young teenager as well so her views may be biased but, she does have one up on me as at least she has been in the country to form a real life experience opinion on the matter.
