I have noticed that Very few businesses, hospitals, schools, or banks enforce any laws or follow SOPs ... why bother no one in power follows them. Do you Really believe the US is a nation of law and order?! The law is used only as a weapon to bring down the enemy or get rid of unwanted employees...those that don't go along with their programming.
