Has it ever been confirmed that he died as a result of being injured by verified Trump supporters, or are they just assuming that anyone who was there automatically is one?

There is no actual evidence that he was fatally injured or even non-fatally injured.

Seems he had a pre-existing condition.

they cannot build a murder case as they don't have any evidence of his being hit with anything - https://apple.news/A-hMaCE9sQAeNjsvHAzdKUg

"President Joe Biden and fist lady jill Biden traveled to Capitol Hill Tuesday evening to pay their respects to slain Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick.

Sicknick died after sustaining injuries during the riots after supporters of President Donald Trump stormed Capitol Hill on January 6 to protest the election."

OH WAIT - WHAT's THIS ?

"The results of the medical examiner’s review have also not yet been publicly released".

Oh also, the family has said that this MSM narrative is bullshit as well - but that won't stop the pro-Biden cunts at Breitbart.

Framing is everything. Breitbart is not our friend. Controlled opposition, just like Fox

I'm just trying to be reasonably skeptical here, but didn't the family just say not to politicize it, and they didn't know the reason yet? And this was right after it happened. Then apparently police sources said it was due to injury at the capitol.

I'd still like to see evidence, but it seems at least plausible he could have been injured in a scuffle with protesters, as we know from video that some happened, and that it may have led to a brain bleed that ended up causing a stroke and then death the following day.

I don't think such an injury was intended if it did happen. But I am open to the possibility that an injury could have happened.

Just trying to stay honest here.

https://krdo.com/politics/2021/02/02/investigators-struggle-to-build-murder-case-in-death-of-us-capitol-police-officer-brian-sicknick/

From the article; Authorities have reviewed video and photographs that show Sicknick engaging with rioters amid the siege but have yet to identify a moment in which he suffered his fatal injuries, law enforcement officials familiar with the matter said.

According to one law enforcement official, medical examiners did not find signs that the officer sustained any blunt force trauma, so investigators believe that early reports that he was fatally struck by a fire extinguisher are not true.
