If I had to pick the most civilized place it would probably be Kenya which has greatly benefited from Christianity. After Christianity you have maybe a very distant second in Islam. While Islam sucks, it beats the cultures that dig up dead loved ones for dancing and Ebola. The country that has by far the best standard of living for blacks and whites was South Africa. The woke left prefers everyone suffering than one group doing better. It's popular in the left only to care about relative poverty, not absolute. So the US gets the Dave Matthews guy and Charlize Theron and the best African American ever: Elin Musk!! Oddly, white woman Charlize gets to kidnap black kids and when the big was cantankerous she decided he should be a girl. If she doesn't castrate him he will be rightfully a nightmare. Another single mom doing a bang up job.
