This District is New Square. It's basically one sect of Hasidic Jews called 'Skver'. The Rabbi owns all the property and leases all the houses to his group of people. In 2016 they voted for Clinton out of gratitude for getting one of their own pardoned during the Bill Clinton administration. In 2020, the Rabbi said to vote for Trump so all his followers (again, basically the whole town) voted Trump. Now you know why there was a shift.
