David Bailey...a US Capital Police Officer, BLM Activist and the man securing the Republican practice for the Congressional Baseball Game where Steve Scalise got shot. He did receive the US Capital Police Medal of Honor and Medal of Valor from President Trump along with a few others that were on the security detail the day of the practice.
