DC doesn't have any jurisdiction over the Capitol. Further, SS & IC have crazy Patriot Act exemptions to public reporting. And we all know who wrote the 1st draft of the Patriot Act (Biden. It was Biden).
It was definitely a Pence SS agent. If you can find enough pix of him w/his detail, you can probably narrow down who it was considerably (trim bald right-handed white guy from what can be made out on the shooting videos), but no pesky 'transparency laws' are going to be any recourse.
