Police break into a young man’s home at 4:30 a.m. As anyone would, he reached for his bedside weapon before looking to see who entered the home, and SWAT opens fire. He was murdered in bed next to his pregnant girlfriend.
The whole reason for the raid was the suspect supposedly possessed an illegal assault rifle, from social media posts. Turned out it was a replica that was perfectly legal.
Police had been monitoring him for months, and could’ve arrested him any time, but instead chose to break into his house at night, resulting in his death. This could have been ANY OF US.
