Right. We have gotten so fucked that we can pretty much look at anyone from 30 or 40 years ago and they look like Jesus Christ. It's sort of like how you can talk to a guy who is 85 yo and staunch Democrat his whole life and you can actually have a political conversation that is civil, informative, and worth your time. People today are the worst.
Big difference is the 85 year old doesn't use social media. That's where this change is coming from. See, I get more likes if I scream at you and insult you I guess. These conversations used to happen face to face or at least over a phone.
