HR would tell me in a heart beat I can't fire anyone for things outside the workplace. Why are there so many of these stories? Where are the lawsuits?

If they file a lawsuit and don't win, that gives me the protection to fire someone for being liberal. If they win, then they stop the madness. Either way I win. People need to start suing.
